Fatehpur

Another marvel of the Shekhavati region is the land of Fatehpur. The town as others in the region is known for its grand and decorated Havelis. The Goenka Haveli (1865) is considered to be one of the most intricate and interesting one. The haveli is full of wall paintings depicting Krishna Lila (Activities of Lord Krishna ranging from his childhood upto his youth and glory days). The painted ceiling is the highlight of the Haveli.

The adjoining houses are renowned for the intricate mirror work. The Nand Lal Devra, Saraogi and the Singhania Havelis are also worth a mention and a must visit.
